Our hut, now run by the 3rd generation, has a spacious sun terrace with a panoramic view of Austria’s highest peak, the Grossglockner, as well as the Hohe Tauern. Our traditional Austrian hut food is homemade with products from the region.

Accessible in both summer and winter via the Gletscherbahnen Kaprun area (from Kaprun centre with the MK Maiskogelbahn or from the Kitzsteinhorn with the K-onnection). Hikers, bikers, skiers and snowboarders as well as tourers will find hiking routes and trails for every level. We also have direct access to and from the piste.
Shortest way: a 15 minute walk from the MK Maiskogel top station.
